Hello Marc,
First, I would like to thank Cutting Edge for rescheduling my tour for another day because a family matter (that needed my attention), made me reschedule my tour. I called the pilot and he was very understanding and assured me "we will take care of you" and they did.
Second, When my son and I were able to reschedule the helicopter tour and It was perfect... Our pilot "Doug" did a great job explaining everything from how a helicopter works to what we were looking at during our tour. Doug was very friendly and informative and made us feel at ease during our flight.
My son and I enjoyed the tour and look forward to the next time we fly with Cutting Edge.
